January 20, 1970 Mom Married 3
Cori Cori Paulet (Paulet)
Married 1
After 4 years at Carleton College in Minnesota (and a few months abroad in Nepal), I graduated sure that I would be heading somewhere warm. But I found a job at a psychology firm in Minneapolis and a decent guy to hang out with occasionally. So I stayed. Then I got a job at our local public television station and worked there for years producing national tv and multimedia. Turns out that "decent" guy was pretty amazing, and we got married 7 years ago and have one son together. I'm at home now being a mom and doing all the domestic things I used to detest (okay, SOME of them - cleaning is still not my strength). I'd say that if you're ever stopping through Minnesota, look me up, but let's face it - nobody stops through Minnesota. So, I'll be coming to the reunion. I look forward to seeing everyone - looks like a good turnout! Send Cori a MessageSend Cori a Message

part-time Marine Enthusiast
After college, I spent 12 years traveling the world as an aquatic photographer/fish whisperer.  In 04, a beached whale I was trying to help rolled over, crushing me.  After 10 weeks in IC, I decided to find safer work.  Now I'm a part-time Marine Enthusiast at a Children's Aquarium in Miami.  I live on a sailboat with my wife, Carole (24) and kids, Neptune (6) and Ariel (4).

August 11, 1970 Management Consultant www.pathfinderadvisors.com Divorced 1

Life just gets better and better the more time that passes since graduating DHS!  Wait... that didn't come out right... Well, maybe it did... (grin)

The almost thirty years since graduating have been exciting (to say the least) and for vastly varied reasons and I haven't stopped learning since I exited the doors of DHS for the last time.

Yes, I did wind up in the Soviet Union/CIS for a while (1989-1996 to be exact) and no, I was not there working for an intelligence agency (so far as you know). You can hear more about that time period - at your own risk - over a drink. (grin)

Somehow I wound up in management consulting (initially over there and then back in the US) and have worked for Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton in different executive roles. Seven years ago, I started my own company (Pathfinder Advisors) and have been doing a heady mix of mergers and acquisitions work and company performance improvement ever since. About five years ago I started taking fractional executive roles with larger consulting firms and now carry around five different business cards. Two years ago, I landed one of the Federal Reserve banks as a client and directed to identify and initiate beneficial but disruptive change opportunities. (No, I am not responsible for your variable-rate mortgate payments increasing.)

I have a wonderful seven year old son, Max, who is the love of my life. He has kept me hopping from the moment he was born (nearly three months early) through his growth into a healthy toddler, an energetic pre-schooler and now a gifted 5th grader at Kittredge Magnet School who is both smarter and a better debater than I am.

I hope everyone is well, and look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!
