Jon Gilbert
May 21, 1970 Married 2
A quick rundown of the last 20 years

Was at Alabama 88-90 and decided to leave for a few years

Lived in Singapore for 1 then back in Atlanta for one trying out the "real world" without  a degree. Was not fun so went back to Bama from 1/93 to 12/95, Graduated, took the LSAT, got Married and was on my way to Law School when my older brother talked me into starting a business with him instead.

Started the biz in January of 96, had a fantastic 3 years (IBM reseller) and sold it to a now defunct national VAR.  Worked for them until 3/01 and left a couple weeks prior to my first child being born (4/01).  Stayed semi-retired and doing a little consulting for friends and former competitors for a couple of years until a buddy in TN talked me into starting a "server consolidation" business with a new software called VMware.  Worked for them for 2004/2005 and was eventually recruited by VMware to run their IBM relationship for the East US and Latin America. Been at VMware since 2006 and still loving it. Now running our National VAR program

Now happily married for 13 years, with two kids 4 and 7 and living in Alpharetta

Daniel Gruskin
Director, Medical Affairs Married 2
Cliffs notes version in reverse order: Currently living in Lexington, Mass (you know, "the shot heard round the world" and all that) and working at a biopharmaceutical company as a medical director; left clinical medicine; 4 years as a clinical geneticist at Emory; did a genetics fellowship in sunny L.A. (where among many other stars I met (a) the evil sensei from Karate Kids I, II, and III and (b) the guy that played Long Duk Dong); pediatrics residency in New Orleans (where the odds were 50:50 I'd end up a pediatrician or dead in a gutter); med school in Augusta GA; and of course Univ of Florida.  Somewhere in there I (a) lost much of my hair (b) got married to a hot SoCal cardiologist (c) had 2 kids (well, 2 1/2 if you count the fetus currently in preparation) and (d) appeared on a nationally televised game show dressed as Dracula.

Will upload a couple of photos asap.  Looking forward to catching up with you guys!

WOW!  20 years..are you kidding?!  Everyone looks great and Congrats on all the sucesses!  I went to University of South Carolina for College and South Texas College of Law in Houston after that.  I have been with my firm (Morris/Hardwick/Schneider) for 9 and 1/2 years. I spent 6 years traveling for the firm opening offices in other states (SC and FL)- no doubt why I am still single.  I am back in Dunwoody now and love it.  I cannot believe how many of us are still here and I have not seen anyone!  Especially since I cannot go to the grocery store without bumping into someone in my family.   I am supposed to be at a friend in SCs' wedding that Sat so I doubt I will make the reuinion but would love to hear from everyone.  Send Natalie a MessageSend Natalie a Message

Director of Communication www.advisorsmd.com Married 2
Hi everybody.  My "then" photo is a pic of Pete Shelton and me at the prom.  Can't tell which is worse, his mullet or my perm and hoop skirt.  Ugh!

I'm living in Fairhope, Alabama now.  It's a beautiful little coastal town on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay.  I'm working as the Director of Communication for AdvisorsMD, a healthcare consulting firm.  Married to Kent and carpooling two boys back and forth to every sporting event known to man! My parents moved back to Cumming, GA so I'm glad to have a home base in Atlanta, even though I don't get up there very often.  Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
